[rt-users] user exists but not displayed

Hi

  I finally succeeded installing RT with the database on a remote system 
:-) I logged into RT with root and created users.
The 1st user I created can be seen in the list of users, but the 
subsequent users aren't displayed in the list of users. The users that 
aren't displayed do appear when I look for them. I can also login as 
those users. Does anyone know what might be the problem and how I fix it?
