[rt-users] RT and Vtiger integration

We use Vtiger for our CRM and want to use RT for support requests. Has
anyone done this?

 

Work flow wanted

 

Email to support at RT

RT looks up email and adds ticket in Vtiger and assigns it to group support

Ticket can be commented or closed from either system
