[rt-users] Error with install Bundle::CPAN

I followed the installation guide on
http://wiki.bestpractical.com/view/RHEL4InstallGuide

Everything went smooth till the command >>install Bundle::CPAN , which
generated the following error ..

It got hung there and I had to hit Ctrl/c to break the process. Also,
The installation guide mention the following 
### I found the CPAN steps below went a little more smoothly with
### all perl packages installed (yes, it's overkill).

My Questions are:

1-  Do you think I am getting theses errors because I am lacking one or
two perl RPMs?
If so :
2- What are the RPMS I need to download , where ?
