[rt-users] RT database update from 2.0.9 to 3.6.1

Hi Kevin

What kind of "customer work" do you mean? What is new to the tool? 
Update from 2.x.x to 3.6.x?

I will give this subversion a try and let you know whether it works for 
me or not.
