[rt-users] Re: "via RT" not showing requestor email

Downgrade to RT 3.7.5 we benn used for a cpl of month's without
problems and the same issue is present.

Maybe some RT_Siteconfig mismatch?

Are we the only one who ever experience this?

All thoughts will be welcome, getting desperate in here!!
