[rt-users] rt 3.4.5 change user prefs

Hi all,
 when i try to change user preference, such as phone number or others,  on my rt account in "Preferences/About be" menu page, rt answer me with the message "operation not permitted".
On my installation, modify user prefenrence is possible by root user only.
 
Can someone help me?
