Are you looking for the RTHOME variable's value in Perl (i.e. within RT) or within the Unix environment on your Fedora box?

Subject: [rt-users] how to find ${RTHOME} value

I have installed RT3 package on fedora-6 using standard install:
	"yum install rt3".
I am setting up LDAP authentication for windows domain users and need to
create some folders and config files under "${RTHOME}/some_folders/foo".
Yum install created the following folders:
	/usr/share/rt3
	/var/log/rt3 (empty)
	/var/lib/rt3 (empty)
	/var/lib/mysql/rt3
	/var/cache/rt3
	/etc/rt3

Having all of the above, since I didn't install from source, how do I
find out what is my $RTHOME folder ??
	Thank you for help
