[rt-users] Dates fields in Reply Page

[Dalal, Kamber Z (Kamber)]

Currently in RT the reply page has:
 
Status, Owner, Worked, Update Type, Subject, Cc Bcc, etc. fields.
 
How can one include the Due Date field in the reply page?
