[rt-users] Couldn't create object file

I'm getting an error of Couldn't create object file ... and looking at
the actual directories it isn't creating them with the right mode.

I can send a full error page if needed. But am just wondering what could
be happening.

RT: 3.4.5

Nothing has been touched configuration wise for close to a year. And it
was working fine a week ago or so.

Any ideas?
