[rt-users] Search Page intermittently fails?

Hey Folks,

So for some reason my search page fails intermittently, if I click on
"tickets" I get:

Can't use string ("AND") as a HASH ref while "strict refs" in use at
/opt/rt3/bin/../lib/RT/Interface/Web/QueryBuilder/Tree.pm line 209.

If I click on search builder, I can search and build searches.

I tried reinstalling Tree::Simple via CPAN per the wiki (
http://wiki.bestpractical.com/view/TroubleShooting) which didn't seem to
help.  I also reinstalled it from source using version 1.14 which also
didn't help.

Any ideas?

I do see this in my rt-error_log, I looked up those errors and didn't see
anything in the list archives or the wiki.
