[rt-users] custom ticket responder message

I used ReplyBasedUponContent<http://wiki.bestpractical.com/view/ReplyBasedUponContent>script
but my "Autoreply" script is still the one replying when sending new
ticket based on the string I defined on
ReplyBasedUponContent<http://wiki.bestpractical.com/view/ReplyBasedUponContent>"condition."
I'm using RT-3.6.1. Please help.
