I have upgraded to 3.8.0 from 3.4.5 and am liking what I see. From the Release blurb. "Enable and Disable RT extensions with the new Plugins system" I can find no way to access this system from the Admin interface and can find no docs on it. What am I missing? Anyone have any answers?
