[rt-users] Hiding custom fields in Ticket Forms - RT 3.8.1

Hi there,

I've been searching around on the forum and it looks like a number of
people have asked this question but haven't received a response. I'm
trying to figure out a way to show custom fields only to certain users
in a ticket form and hide custom fields from others who are entering
information into the same ticket form. Any ideas? Thanks!
