To list, I am trying to capture the ticket owner as the ticket is created (via Web) and I'm not sure of how to code that. I know how to ensure that I'm checking a WebUI transaction and the transaction creator, but don't know how to get the ticket owner on creation. Help?? Thanks. Kenn LBNL
