[rt-users] rt3 performance problem when updating a ticket

I want to note that Set($SendmailArguments, "-ODeliveryMode=q" ); is
incorrect. Default value in the RT config is not empty. So new value
should be:

Set($SendmailArguments, "-ODeliveryMode=q -oi -t" );
