[rt-users] RTx::WorkflowBuilder - unable to run rt-workflow

[Samarco, Paul]

I tried that, but am still not having any luck. Is rt-workflow supposed to be run from a command line or somehow from within the RT web interface?

You have to include local/lib or RT won't load extensions, PERL5LIB=/opt/rt3/local/lib:/opt/rt3/lib:$PERL5LIB should be fine
