0.08 == Release Version and Authoritative.

0.08_01 was a development version and should be ignored and discarded.

It doesn't check if you're on 3.8.[01] it just reloads RT::User no
matter what. Just happens it only makes anything different if you're
using 3.8.[01].

You can safely ignore the message.
