[rt-users] Using RT with non-English (foreign characters) Emails

Thanks much!
I was able to get it to work. Just added the 'SetEnv NLS_LANG AMERICAN_AMERICA.UTF8'  in <IfModule mod_env.c> </> part of my httpd.conf file. Now I can see foreign characters(chinese japanese korean) in subject and in the body.
