[rt-users] Upgrade from 3.6.1 to 3.8.8

All that has been said is true. Having upgraded from 3.6.4, I found that the
most difficult thing to do was in understanding the differences in
Configuration options, especially if you use LDAP. There are new ones and
some have changed the way they are set (LDAP especially). So pay extra
attention to those details.
