[rt-users] RT Config settings

TO list,

I noticed the format/syntax for some settings has changed in 3.8.x from 
3.6.x. (thanks Ruslan). Inmost cases, it went from "@xxxxx)" to 
Set(@xxxx)". This happened for active and inactive as well as 
"@LogToSyslogConf = ( )" to Set[@LogToSyslogConf = ()]; So my question 
is "What happened to  "@MailPlugins = (qw);"? I can't even find it 
anymore. Did it get replaced by something? Thanks.
