[rt-users] Bulk load tickets

Hi there,

 

I am new to RT and I would like to know if it's possible to bulk load
tickets into RT from a source (eg: a csv file)?  I currently have some 30
tickets in a Sharepoint List and was wondering if there's a more efficient
way of transferring these tickets, other than manually.  Many tickets
contain attachments.
