[rt-users] RTFM Article formatting and attachments lost when attached to RT ticket

Including attachments stored in Upload Custom Fields or Image Custom
Fields on articles is not currently an RTFM feature.

Bringing HTML from RTFM into the RT text editor really doesn't play
well with the text editor.  Patches that add this feature (and work
correctly on IE6/7/8 as well as other browsers) would be considered.
