[rt-users] Owner - Username instead of RealName

Hi all,

There was about the same question in list some time ago. Solution
offered there, was for 3.8.6, and as I see there was a lot of changes
and this solution is not working for 3.8.8

I just would like to use Username instead RealName for the Owner.

How I can do that?
