[rt-users] Ticket 'Take' field in custom query

You can add the following in the Format  and you will have the "Take it"
link in your results:

'<a href="__WebPath__/Ticket/Display.html?Action=Take&id=__id__">Take
it!</a>/TITLE:Take'
