[rt-users] RT warning "Couldn't enable user xxxx"

To List,

I continue to get this warning in my rt.log:

[Thu Sep  9 16:31:42 2010] [warning]: Couldn't enable user 9664
(/opt/rt3/bin/../lib/RT/User_Overlay.pm:1143)

This is an odd message as this user is an LDAP approved user that is on the
User Table as a "Privileged" user.

So, why the warning?
