[rt-users] rt-mailgate and command by mail

I don't fine a good solution, but find a «bad one» : 

Change this in TakeAction.pm :

<     my $ErrorsTo = RT->Config->Get('OwnerEmail');
---
>     my $ErrorsTo = RT::Interface::Email::ParseErrorsToAddressFromHead($args{'Message'}->head );

so the error-email is send to the admin of RT not to requestor (generally
the requestor don't understand anything about those error).
