[rt-users] External Authentication with LDAP menssager erro!

After the configuration / opt/rt4/etc/RT_Siteconfig and /
opt/rt4/local/plugins/RT-Authen-ExternalAuth/etc/RT_Siteconfig he show me
this Feedback below.
