[rt-users] Change Email Subject Line ??

Adrian:

You can modify the templates associated with the emails you want to send (ie Correspondence template, Admin Comment templates etc) to include the Priority 
Eg:
Subject: [Comment] [{$Ticket->QueueObj->Name}] [$Ticket->Subject] Priority [{$Ticket->Priority}]

I would suggest you put the Priority before the subject
