[rt-users] Tickets created without Scrip

Hello,

SELECT execmodule FROM scripactions WHERE id=16; -- returns 'CreateTickets'

SELECT * FROM scrips WHERE scripaction=16; -- no rows

However, tickets are created. Why ?
