[rt-users] Wrong time in ticket history

Kevin, many thank's for your assist. I found my mistake. I set wrong name
in RT_SiteConfig.pm. When i look System Configuration page i see 2 row
timezone :(
 TimeZone'Europe/Moscow'

Timezone'US/Eastern'
