[rt-users] Untake/Set owner of other users' tickets

Thanks for the quick reply, Kevin.

Unfortunately though, we're running  4.0.4 version, which explains why I wasnt able to spot that right you mention.
I'll stick to the "workaround-implementation" of steal->untake, for those cases in which the user untaking the ticket is not its owner.
