  Thanks for the help! 
  Following configuration worked for me, RT is running on CentOS.

set daemon 30
set invisible
set no bouncemail
set no syslog
set logfile "/var/log/fetchmail"
poll exchange
protocol IMAP
#service 993
user "user at domain.com" pass "Password"
#folder Inbox ssl
mda '/opt/rt/bin/rt-mailgate --url http://rt.domain.com --queue general
--action correspond'
