<P><FONT SIZE=2>I recently set up rt 2.0.6 on Linux 7.1.</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>I want rt to create a ticket thru email sent in by users to rt@tonbu.com. I have added the following to the localhost's aliases:</FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2>rt : "|/opt/rt2/bin/rt-mailgate --queue NOC --action correspond"</FONT>

<P><FONT SIZE=2>But when I emailed to rt@tonbu.com, I got the following bouced mail. Can someone please help point out what could be the cause.</FONT></P>
