is it possible to hide queues from users? I have to give "Everybody" the right
to see the queue to post tickets to it via email, but I don't want some users
seeing some of the queues. I didn't see a way to Deny Access, only to Grant

this? I tried just clicking the login button, setting user to "unprivileged",
etc. The docs even say that when an email is submitted RT will create an
