<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">When I attach a file to a response in a ticket, the response gets sent, but the file attachment doesn't (but the attachement shows up in the ticket details). Is there a way to do this? I didn't see anything in the FAQ about it... I'm using 2.0.9</FONT></P>
