RT to RT2 and am wondering if there are any stats programs out there..  I 

used to use a script called rtstats but I can't find anything for 

RT2..  I am looking for things like average time to resolve a ticket, 

tickets resolved per week, tickets opened per week, open tickets, etc.. all 

on pretty png graphs..  that I can print out and show to executive
