a manual ticket content alteration to remove some confidential/sensitive data in
a ticket yesterday - I believe that was the initial trigger to the
corruption. Why it happened I am not sure since I merely updated a field,
but that was the only 'unnatural' thing I've done in

messages showing up in the logs too.</FONT> </P>
<P><FONT size=2>If anyone figures out a fix, please post it to the list.
