<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I have a serious problem with my Rt application. RT will not load any tickets. If you try to pull up a ticket e.g type 4000 in GoToTicket, RT does not display the ticket details in the "History" section. All it displays is when the ticket was created.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Has anyone encountered this problem</FONT>
