<P><FONT SIZE=2>I have problems migrating from rt2 to rt3 using rt2-to-rt3-v1.11.</FONT>
</P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2>During the import phase, some of the tickets with large attachements generate the following messages:</FONT>

<P><FONT SIZE=2>Could this be a locale problem, or a perl version mismatch? Any idea?</FONT>
