<P><FONT SIZE=2>I have imported a large list of customers into a custom field I created. I checked the database and my SortOrder looks correct. However, when creating a ticket, "(no value)" is selected by default and it's at the bottom of the list. I'm sure this is something simple. Any ideas?</FONT></P>
