with attachments (Type: text/plain Encoding: base64) being truncated at random
lengths when creating tickets in RT. There doesn't seem to be a pattern to where
the attachment is truncated, originally i thought is was on a > 7bit char,
but seeing examples now where this is not true.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
