<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Courier New">I want to generate a email for owner ( notify owner ) whenever there is change in the status of the ticket.</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Courier New">When I set this option in RT 3.0 it tries to send a email to user </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Courier New">rt-3.0.4-66-229.13.5457029773562 ( the number generated changes everytime )</FONT>

<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Courier New">I am not sure how is it generating the sender name considering the domain is right</FONT>
</P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Courier New">Under is the error message I get in messages file</FONT>
