<P><FONT SIZE=2>I am testing a new system running rt v3.0.4. I get the below message in the body </FONT>

<P><FONT SIZE=2>In the previous rt it wasnt able to parse out the html tags but in this one, it is removing all tags including the actual message.</FONT></P>
