want to implement priorities , but even after reading the online docs I have a

want to implement 3x categories of priorities 1-10, 11-20 and 21-30 for any
Ticket on any Queue.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

have to set an initial priority in every Queue definition , but what really
makes the initial number change forward ? how does</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
