<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">For email, we use Lotus Notes. Our users
have the frequent habit of using using "Reply with History" when
responding to emails. This makes tickets really long. Does anyone know
of a way to strip redundant text out of ticket correspondance? Just a thought
