<P><FONT SIZE=2>Thsi is always catching us out. About once a day one of us sends inappropriate comments to a requestor by clicking [reply] instead of [comment].</FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2>People are caught out when 'reply' replies to addresses that the original wasn't sent to.</FONT>
