copying RT source files to the RT_HOME/local tree, but I'm not having any luck
getting this to work.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I've modified
/opt/rt3/local/share/html/Elements/Header and Login pages with some cosmetic
changes. I bounced Apache, closed all of my browser windows, cleared my
browser cache, and the still un-modified pages are showing up.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Any ideas what I might be
missing?</FONT></DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>
