<P><FONT SIZE=2>We have a working installation of rt 3.0.6 Today it was noticed that rt wasn't displaying user names most of time. I'll try to describe the issue. </FONT></P>


<P><FONT SIZE=2>The usernames won't display under Configuration->users. Only the owner displays in a ticket, the requestor cc and admin cc fields are blank. When you click on People you will see the requestor cc and admin cc listed next to a check mark but the owner dropdown is now blank and only - and nobody is in the dropdown. </FONT></P>


<P><FONT SIZE=2>I'm just wondering if anyone else has run across this issue. It seemed to me to be a parsing error somewhere in the user table but after looking through the records nothing jumped out at me. </FONT></P>
