<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I searched the archives for this and found a similar issue, but the resolution did not work for me, so I'll ask again.</FONT>
</P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">When a new ticket is created (or one is modified), a link to that ticket is sent to the user or admin. If the user is not already logged into RT, the link will bring him to the login page. But, after logging in, we receive an error (RT Error No ticket specified). If, however, we are already logged in, it works fine.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I was told to change CGI.pm for this and I did, but it didn't work. Any help?</FONT>
