the person’s local drive before the RT upgrade, but they retried sending
the email to RT with that file attached after the upgrade. The file is definitely
being corrupted when it is received into RT. Does this answer your question?
The files are stored in mysql, correct? We are running version 3.23.54a of
mysql, but I don’t see that being the problem either. I am running out
